- Drawing pencil *Suggested grade: HB
- Soft graphite eraser
- Kneaded eraser
- Watercolor paper *Suggested type/weight: Cold Press, 140 lbs./300 gsm, 100% Cotton
- Watercolor paint set
- Brushes Suggested types/sizes: 1 Large Brush (Round 18-24 or* Mop 6-8 or Flat 1"), Rounds (2, 4, 8, 16), + Multimedia brushes for masking fluid and gouache (Rounds 0, 8 and Flat 4)
- 1-2 Containers with clean water
- Mixing palette
- Absorbent towel or kitchen paper towels
- Masking tape or artist's tape

- Backing board (to tape watercolor sheet onto for support)
